The Hoover Arts Alliance is delighted to help students fulfill their plans to attend these fine schools with scholarships. The Signature Homes Scholarship, the Bluff Commemorative award and HAA member and patron donations has been presented for the past 4 years to a student majoring in art at the college level. This year we are pleased to add an additional $1,000 Artists on the Bluff Commemorative Scholarship to make a total of $4,000 in scholarship money to be awarded to Hoover and Spain Park High Schools. Many of our past winners have gone on to receive advanced degrees and are working for companies such as Disney and Pixar. Some of our students are teaching art at the high school and college level, working in graphic design for Fortune 500 companies, or are professional artists. We are so delighted that we have been able in some small way to help these gifted students. (Shown: Claire Kendall is the Signature Homes Scholarship winners.
