The Clean Hoover Initiative is using artists’ works to draw attention to keeping our beautiful city clean. We are so proud that Hoover Arts Alliance board member and Hoover Arts Council member Sandra Fuller’s Conserve and Preserve painting will be displayed on one of these signs.
